⏳ Return Period
Our return policy is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please do not return the product directly to the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
📦 Return Conditions
- Products must be in original, unopened condition unless defective.
- Original packaging and documentation are required.
- Consumable items (e.g., capacity, coils, pods, cartridges, disposables, batteries) that have been opened or used are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
🔁 Exchanges

💳 Refunds (If Applicable)
If you require a refund, please do not initiate it directly through your payment provider. Instead, contact us first at [email protected]. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified period.
🔍 Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us for further assistance.
🎁 Promotional Items
Promotional items are final sale and are non-refundable. If a promotional item is defective, we will issue a refund or store credit for the amount paid for that item. Promotional items will not be replaced.

For products purchased from other retail outlets, we recommend seeking assistance from the place of purchase. If the store is unable to help, you may contact us directly. Please provide our customer service team with the product safety code from the packaging and photos or videos showing the defect.
